Paul has over 14 years of floor covering experience and comes to us from Alaska. His background consists project management and flooring installation for Hospitals, Assisted Living, and K-12 buildings. His attention to details and knowledge of the flooring installation process is immeasurable to the project process. Paul frequently finds and provides solutions in real time on job sites saving time and resources.
Kellie Martin-Evans - Project Coordinator
Kellie's background encompasses all aspects of the commercial project from Project Management, Job Site Safety, and Installation. This unique knowledge is a valuable asset to the team. She reviews, accesses, and accurately calculates quantities in record time. This allows Modular Designs to meet tight deadlines and requested bid due dates. She is a team player and always willing to help out. Her attention to details ensures an accurate assessment of the project process.

Billy Doby - Installation Manager
Billy brings with him over 30 years of experience in the flooring covering industry. He brings extensive product knowledge not only on the materials themselves, but in the installation process. Billy says, "If we do it correctly from the start, it prevents problems down the road." Billy goes above and beyond to keep clients informed and strives for excellency in his projects.
Candice Reed - Project Coordinator
Candice moved to Charlotte in 2020 with a history of Project Management and was a Scrum Master. Using her previous experience, she is qualified to handle the large out of ground construction projects. She is meticulous with her organization skills and a value to the team. In addition to taking on these projects she attends Strayer University to gain her BA degree.
